[INFO] Super Junior’s Siwon holds a real fan meeting for The King of Dramas

Super Junior’s Siwon recently held a real fan meeting for The King of Dramas.

Siwon plays the role of Kang Hyun Min, a top celebrity, in SBS TV’s new drama series The King of Dramas. In order to shoot Kang Hyun Min’s fan meeting scene, he’s currently recruiting his real fans.

SBS made the announcement on its official Twitter account and Facebook page, and nearly a thousand people applied for the fan meeting in only two hours.

On October 17, a spokesperson for the series said, “We’ve prepared this special event to give viewers an opportunity to experience a shooting of the series. Because Siwon is planning to sing a song in the fan meeting, it will be a good opportunity for viewers to listen to Siwon’s solo song and to experience a shooting of a drama series.”

The King of Dramas is a comedy about a notorious CEO of a production company, an honest, warm-hearted writer, and a ruthless top celebrity. It is written by Jang Hang Joon, a director of Sign, and directed by Hong Sung Chang, a director of You’re Beautiful.

The series will start airing on November 5.

Super Junior’s Kyuhyun recently released a photo of the emcees of MBC’s Radio Star in celebration of the first anniversary of his emcee work.

On October 17, Kyuhyun tweeted a photo with the caption “It’s been a year since I joined this show. Tune in for Radio Star on Wednesday nights, please~ Happy Anniversary!”
In the photo, the four emcees of Radio Star―Yoon Jong Shin, Yoo Se Yoon, Kim Gook Jin and Kyunhyun― strike a friendly pose.

The hilarious foursome are all smiles, sitting side by side.

The youngest and fairest-looking host joined the group of the emcees of the show in October 2011, replacing Super Junior’s Heechul.

Recently, Super Junior’s Leeteuk has changed into a man of autumn after dying his hair.

On September 28, the star tweeted a picture with his new hair on Twitter. He wrote, “It’s been a while since I had black hair~” and attached a photo.

In the picture, Leeteuk is looking into the camera with his hair dyed in black. Since he has been appealing either in blond or brown hair, the new black hair gives a distinctive look. The relaxed atmosphere that his new hair causes even gives him an image of a cold-urban guy. By matching a black muffler and sweater with his hair, he completed his new image.

Super Junior (composed of Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Kangin, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook, Kibum, and Kyuhyun) has finished working on its sixth album Sexy, Free & Single and began working on individual activities. The leader Leeteuk is to join the Army to do his military duties on October 30.

[NEWS] Super Junior’s Kyuhyun says, “Group leaders of SM are privileged”

 

Super Junior’s Kyuhyun revealed that leaders of the groups represented by SM Entertainment are privileged.

On the episode of MBC TV’s Golden Fishery – Radio Star that aired on September 26, actress Kim Jung Nan and CN Blue’s Lee Jong Hyun, who appeared in the drama series A Gentleman’s Dignity, and SHINee’s Taemin and Onew made a guest appearance.

Onew is a leader of SHINee, and the hosts asked Onew, “Do you like to be the leader of SHINee?” Onew said yes without a moment of hesitation.

Kyuhyun, who is represented by Onew’s agency, said, “Group leaders of SM Entertainment are privileged. When Super Junior go abroad, the leader stays in a suite. My room is so small that I feel like I just have to go to bed right away, but Leeteuk’s suite is so big.”

At this, Onew got laughs by saying, “I think SHINee’s case is a little big different. I stay with my manager when we go abroad.”

On the episode, Lee Jong Hyun also got laughs by saying he’s a member of a social group Kyuhyun has formed.

Super Junior’s Leeteuk will join the army on October 30.

On September 25, SM Entertainment, Leeteuk’s agency, reported that Leeteuk will enter the 306 military training camp on October 30, receive military training for five weeks, and serve in the army for 21 months.

Debuting as a member of Super Junior in 2005, Leeteuk’s herniated lumbar disc worsened after he got into a big car accident in 2007. However, he had a strong will to join the army, so he has steadily received treatment.

Leeteuk is also popular as the host of SBS TV’s Star King and the regular guest of SBS TV’s Kang Shim Jang. Before he joins the army, he will leave the shows.

Super Junior have recently finished promoting their sixth album, Sexy, Free & Single.

Super Junior’s Leeteuk has recovered his health.

On September 24, Leeteuk tweeted, “I feel much better now. I suffered from intestinal inflammation, exhausted, but I have quickly recovered. You take care of yourself, too! I feel like I can sleep now.”

On September 22, Leeteuk left a message for his fans, saying, “I’m sincerely sorry that I couldn’t be with you until the end at the SM Town concert in Jakarta. I feel sad because I couldn’t really enjoy the time with you. I’ll give a better performance for you next time.”
